About the Fall Seminar
The Zenshinkai Fall Aikido Seminar is a three-day
training event devoted to intensive practice, technical development,
and the shared practice of Aikido.
The seminar will include taijutsu, weapons practice, ukemi,
body movement, connection, posture, timing, and material drawn
from the Zenshinkai Aikido Association curriculum.
Practitioners are encouraged to approach the weekend with sincerity,
openness, and a willingness to train with people of different ranks
and experience levels. Pre-registration is required.

Friday, November 6
- 5:30pm–6:00pm — Check-in
- 6:00pm–9:00pm — Aikido Training
Saturday, November 7
- 10:00am–1:00pm — Aikido Training
- 1:00pm–3:00pm — Lunch Break
- 3:00pm–6:00pm — Aikido Training
- 6:30pm — Group Dinner / Fellowship
Sunday, November 8
- 9:00am–12:00pm — Aikido Training
Schedule is subject to minor adjustment based on attendance,
training needs, and instructor discretion.
What to Bring
- Clean gi and belt
- Bokken and jo
- Water bottle
- Notebook or training journal, if desired
- Any personal training supports normally required
Please mark weapons and personal equipment with your name and
arrive early enough to be dressed, settled, and ready before
each training session begins.
Training Spirit
The Fall Seminar is an opportunity for sustained practice across
ranks, dojos, and levels of experience.
Participants are expected to train sincerely, safely, and
cooperatively; to remain receptive to instruction; and to support
the practice of their training partners.
The purpose of the weekend is not simply to accumulate training
hours, but to deepen our Aikido, refine fundamentals, learn from
one another, and strengthen the bonds of the Zenshinkai Aikido
Association.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Registrations may be cancelled through
Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time
for a full refund.
After the registration deadline, seminar fees are non-refundable
because event planning and commitments will be based on the final
registration count.
In exceptional circumstances, an event credit may be issued at
the discretion of the Zenshinkai Aikido Association seminar
administrator.
